Who are we?
We are a members only training facility dedicated to Calisthenics, Sport Conditioning, Parkour, Sport Psychology & Massage Therapy
Unlike traditional gyms who base their gyms around free-weights, resistance machines and cardiovascular machines, Muscle Up Gym incorporate the fundamentals of bodyweight and gymnastic training for each and every workout.
This would include exercises such as squats, press-ups & pull-ups, all the way up to the more advance movements such as handstands, muscle ups and human flag to name but a few.
All classes are open to all levels however if you are new to calisthenics we recommend our fundamentals and handstand classes as a great way to get started. Either way, no matter what your current skill and fitness level is, we have regressions and progressions for everyone!
We specialise to help improve all physical and psychological attributes to take your sporting performance to the next level. We can help with a wide range of sports from football, athletics to combat sports.
