All semi-private personal training packages listed below are based on a 3 month rolling contract. 

Semi-Private Personal Training

Be more motivated, working out with others and get the close guidance of our head coach Owen Gayle. We have taken the benefits of private 121 sessions and expanded them so that you will still feel the individual attention with our 1 hour Semi-Private training sessions but with the atmosphere of a small group (4 people maximum per session).

These packages are great for people of all levels, with each client having their own bespoke program and access to 12 sessions each month (based on 3 times a week). The training is based around using calisthenics for those looking to achieve some of the following: fat loss, muscle building, strength, general fitness & improved mobility.

Session Times (1hr sessions)

Monday: 6.30am & 7.30am | Wednesday: 6.30am & 7.30am | Friday: 6.30am & 7.30am

With access to 12 sessions a month you will be able to attend sessions when ever you please within that session limit. You have a choice of two daily sessions, 3 times a week.
