Q: How long are the membership contracts?

All group class membership packages are 1 month rolling contracts. You can cancel your membership at anytime with 1 month notice. One-off month memberships are also available however, the price will differ.

Q: How do I pay for my membership?

All membership options are paid via Paysafe Group formerly known as Optimal Payments automatic monthly recurring payments which are set-up on purchasing each membership. Memberships purchased as a one-off can be paid via cash or card in-store if preferred

Q: Is open gym included within my membership and as a pay as you go drop-in?

Open gym is included within all our group class membership packages and gives you unlimited access to all open gym opening hours. Open gym is also available on a pay as you go drop-in basis (£8 per session) which you can use for as long as you like as long as it is within the open gym hours.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by sending us an email to info@muscleupgym.co.uk . We require one months notice of cancellation.

Q: Can I use open gym on a pay as you go basis?

We only allow open gym access via pay as you go only if you are accompanied by an active Muscle Up Gym member.

Q: Which classes can I attend on a pay as you go basis?

You can attend any of our classes on a pay as you basis and as many classes as you like.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership at any point?

Yes, If you would like to either upgrade or downgrade, send an email to info@muscleupgym.co.uk and we will help get this arranged.

Q: I am a complete beginner to calisthenics, which classes would you recommend?

For those new to calisthenics we would recommend the following classes: Fundamentals, Handstands, Legs & Core, Stretching, Mobility, Boxfit.
